About Steven Osiel

Steven Osiel, founder of 3rd Quartile Inc., is a compensation consultant with over 25 years of experience in all areas of total compensation strategy, data analytics, HR and performance management. Steven has successfully led numerous compensation and benefits projects in different organization of varying sizes and industries across the public, not-for-profit and private sectors. Bringing it all together is his specialty.

Steven enjoys speaking engagements (e.g. HRPA Annual Conference, Toronto Board of Trade) and teaches seasonally at the University of Toronto (Masters and undergraduate level). He is also a beekeeper and operates his own honey business, Toboggan Hill Honey Co.
